Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).


Local Delivery – Hudson County

We offer free next-day local delivery within Hudson County, New Jersey.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM will qualify for free next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

Local delivery is available to customers with shipping addresses located within Hudson County, NJ.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.


Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Holidays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
