Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you are not satisfied with your purchase, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
